How long do I have to complete the training?
This is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. We do recommend that you work through it within the first few months of becoming a retailer so you feel confident making recommendations to your customers.
After you've finished every module and taken every quiz, we'll even send you a Certified Instructor patch so you can let everyone know that you're a Country Chic Paint pro!
How long do I have access to the course?
You'll have access to this training portal for as long as you're a retailer with Country Chic Paint!
What happens if I need to take a break mid-lesson?
Don't worry, everything will be saved for you on your account so you won't lose any progress!
What happens if I fail a quiz?
No problem!
There is no time limit on each quiz, so feel free to take it slow and refer back to the lesson text or parts of the videos before you answer each question. Keep in mind that once you've submitted an answer, you can't change it.
We don't expect you to get 100% on every single quiz, so it's not necessary to ace everything as long as you feel you have a good understanding of the lesson content.
If you need to retake a quiz please email [email protected] and specify the Module # and Lesson # that needs to be reset. Sarah can reset your quiz for you and you'll get an email when it's ready to retake.

Absolutely! Just follow these step-by-step instructions:
1) Start on the home page of our Retailer Training Portal - https://countrychicpaint.teachable.com/p/retailer-training
2) In the top right menu bar, click the word Login, or click the three horizontal lines to open the menu bar and click Login.
3) Enter the email address that this email has been sent to.
4) Enter the password: countrychic (you can change this password in your account settings later).
5) Click the pink Login button.
6) When you're taken to a white and teal page that asks you to "Log Into myTeachable to connect account", click the text that says "No Thanks. Go Back to School".
7) Scroll down and click on the Featured Course, Country Chic Paint Retailer Training.
8) Click on the next lesson to get started!
